We strive to achieve sustainable growth and enhance our position as a manufacturer of confectionary products in the PRC.

Established in China in 1999, we are a manufacturer of Confectionery products, which produces and sells Confectionery products, including gum-based candy, tablet candy, aerated candy and hard candy.

We generally purchase raw materials from suppliers, produce and package Confectionery products, and sell our products under brands owned or authorized by our OEM customers  in China and overseas countries; or sell our products to distributors or end customers in China under our own brands (i.e. Coolsa, Lalabu and Jiujiuwang) through e-commerce channels. As of August 31, 2020, we had 129 distributors, whose sales network covers a municipal city, two autonomous regions and 21 provinces in China, forming an extensive nationwide sales network, and had stationed in hypermarkets, supermarkets, grocery stores and tuck. According to the data of Frost & Sullivan, in terms of revenue, we rank the second in the overall Confectionery market in Fujian Province, accounting for about 2.7% of the regional market share in 2019 and about 0.7% of the market share in the PRC.

We produce our Confectionery products in our internal factory located in Jinjiang City, Fujian Province, with a site area of approximate 117,589 square meters. As of the last practicable date, we had 32 production lines used for the production with an annual production capacity of about 15,045.4 tons. We believe that with our own production facilities, we can directly control our product quality, production cost and production plan. We are committed to producing high-quality products. In 2016, we obtained the "Three-sameness" (Same Line, Same Standard and Same Quality) Qualification Certification for Food Import and Export Enterprises granted by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspectioin and Quanrantine of the People’s Republic of China, which recognizes the quality of our products.

From more than 20 years, we have accumulated rich experience in manufacturing high-quality Confectionery, with a diverse product portfolio covering various kinds of candies. With our strong product development ability and commitment to improving product quality to meet changing consumer preferences, we have launched new products and modified the ingredients and packaging of existing products from time to time to achieve greater success.
